    Work with software architects and developers throughout the software development life cycle to develop and implement the software test strategy and plan.

    Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, load/performance, automation, and UAT.
    Participate in design, code, and test plan reviews as needed and provide appropriate recommendations.
    Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
    Estimate testing efforts, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
    Provide internal training to ensure QA standards are taught and implemented.
    Lead investigation teams and ensure proper close-out and follow-up.
    Review all documentation, including release notes, MOPs, and monitoring data.
    Display understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer.
    Act as a backup to the quality assurance manager as needed.
    Actively support escalated issues from both internal and external customers.
    Develop others and ensure training and learning of team members.
    Performs quality audits to ensure quality standards, procedures, methods, and duologies are followed by the QA Team.
    Make decisions independently and notify management of action taken.
    Must be able to perform the role of a tester to keep the project on track.
    Must-have skillsSubstantial experience in the telecom domain 2G/3G/4G-LTE/5G is a must.
    Strong experience in the products like HLR, HSS, PCRF, PCEF, SGW, PGW and IMS core.
    Strong experience in the interfaces like S6a, Cx, Dx, Gx, S5/S8 and Rx.
    Strong working experience in the areas of Diameter, SIP, GTP, MAP, ISUP and CAMEL.
    Tool experience call generation tools Seagull, EAST, SIPp, IXIA, MGTS, Tektronix, etc.
    Working knowledge on various database SQL / PGSQL / Couchbase / Presto / Etc.
    Strong Experience in Test Planning, Test Architecture, Test Strategies, Stakeholder Management.
    Strong People Development and Tools (e.g. Jira) Experience
    Strong Experience in Testing APIs and Web based Applications
    Knowledgeable & passionate about test automation in protocols and UIGood-to-have skillsExperience in Test Automation AND/OR scripting languages i.e. Python or Java.
    Experience in Setting up E2E Test Labs for 2G/3G/4G-LTE/5G Test Labs
    Experience in Kubernetes, Micro Services and Docker Container Technologies
    Experience working with Various Telecom Network Probes like SS7, Diameter, GTP, VoLTE, etc.
