    What You'll Be Doing:

    Associate Director – ITSM Planning and Governance

    As a member of the Technology Planning and Governance (TPG) team, you will be responsible for defining how IT Service Management framework, systematic processes and governance surrounding it are utilized to achieve Evolent's goals and objectives. We are transforming the way we manage technology and your role as a lead will be instrumental in our success.

    What You'll Be Doing:

  • Technology Governance: Establish and enforce technology governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. Notable ITIL processes include Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management.
  • Team Leadership: Responsible for leading a team of professionals in Service Management, governance, metrics, and reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: oversee initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Performance Monitoring and Control: Determine mechanisms to monitor the performance of technology initiatives, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs. Lead continual service improvement through periodic reviews of the processes, tools, trend analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and optimization.
  • IT Service Management: Advocate the benefits of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB and other IT Service Management processes. Participate in P1/P2 incident management as and when needed. Provide On-call assistance for Major Incidents.
  • Shift Time: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
  • The Experience You'll Need (Required):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar role leading a team, demonstrating responsibility in technology planning, governance, and strategy.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, presenting complex technical information in understandable terms.
  • Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP)
  • Experience working with global and remote teams preferably in healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • Understanding of PowerBI
  • Mandatory Requirements:

    We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
