    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Process Trainer for our client, at Kudlugate , Bangalore. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for training new and existing employees on the company's processes and procedures. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in process training. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in process training
    • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
    • Experience in developing training materials and modules
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to assess training needs and provide constructive feedback
    • Good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs)
    • Familiarity with on-the-job training (OJT) and practical knowledge transfer (PKT) methods
    • Ability to measure training throughput and effectiveness
    • Certification or qualification in training or related field is a plus
    • Proven experience as a trainer in a similar role

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop training materials and modules based on the company's processes and procedures
    • Deliver effective training sessions on process-related topics to new and existing employees
    • Assess the training needs of employees and provide feedback to the management
    • Monitor the performance and progress of trainees during training programs
    • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing training effectiveness
    • Ensure that trainees have a clear understanding of the company's processes and procedures
    • Conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce knowledge and skills
    • Collaborate with the HR department to develop training plans and strategies
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process training
