- Develop and manage sales territories or target markets in the targeted regions.
- Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline while leveraging warm leads from the Marketing Team/External Agency.
- Manage a multi-stage sales process, including initial consultations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrate moderate technical knowledge in development frameworks, platforms, and related technologies.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring project success and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain and update CRM systems or sales tracking tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.
- 2-4 years of experience in software services sales, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
