    Position Overview:

    As a B2B Sales Executive at D10X, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. We are seeking an accomplished professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell software product development services, outsource software development services, offshore development center management.
    • Develop and manage sales territories or target markets in the targeted regions.
    • Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline while leveraging warm leads from the Marketing Team/External Agency.
    • Manage a multi-stage sales process, including initial consultations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
    • Demonstrate moderate technical knowledge in development frameworks, platforms, and related technologies.
    • Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
    • Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring project success and identifying opportunities for additional services.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems or sales tracking tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of experience in software services sales, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and develop a team.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Revenue targets
    • Number of new client acquisitions

    Reporting Structure:

    Initially reporting directly to the leadership team. In the future it may lead to the complete Sales Team.

    Additional Details:

    • Some travel may be required for client meetings, presentations, or project kick-off meetings, initially domestic (within the city).
