- 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Ability to build accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage and supervise MEP projects from conception to completion
- Prepare and review detailed drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Estimate project costs and monitor budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy management and efficiency improvements
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management
