What will you doTake complete ownership for a group of students including courseand country evaluation onboarding detailed counselling regularfollowups and manage the overall responsibility of the studentsassigned Develop a deep understanding ofthe university admissions process application and intake cycle.

Create atrusted relationship with students virtually as their Coach for anyguidance related to University admissions and catering to theirpreliminary eligibility(GREGMAT) and language skills(IELTSTOEFLetc.) as well Review the progress of every student application onan ongoing basis to understand the current level of performance andperform the bottleneck check with different teams.

Build crossdiscipline relationships in theorganization partnering closely with the Growth team StudentCounsellors Key Account Managers Loan counsellors Test prep andother support functions while providing feedback and insights.

Execute the Postoffer management processalongside the deposits and ensure timely coordination with the Visateam. Implement the nuance of salestrategies and ensure that the number of targets are met throughoutthe intakecycles
Whatwill you need Graduate/MBA in the field ofbusiness/ management/ psychology with a minimum of 1 year ofexperience. Proven experience in studentcounselling preferably in an international education environment. Strong understanding of different studyabroad programs universities and global educationsystems. Exemplary sales and negotiationskills while having a studentfirst approach. Possess strong research skills Ability to present persuade and communicateeffectively oral and written. Comfortablejuggling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
