Responsibilities

• Partner with Sector Delivery Leads and Product Managers to convert business requirements into Salesforce architecture and design using industry best practices.
• Design and govern scalable, extensible, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• Create high-level architectural and design documentation based on PepsiCo standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Navigate ambiguous technical problems, propose effective solutions, and simplify complex architectural challenges.
• Resolve key technical implementation issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to effort estimation and planning for large-scale Salesforce initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reusable components such as reference architectures, data models, and integration patterns to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency.
• Build internal capabilities by sharing knowledge through workshops, Communities of Practice (CoPs), and internal events.
• Promote understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies across business and IT stakeholders.
