- Conduct thorough analysis of capital risk requirements for client institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs and objectives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and implementation of risk management systems
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current state and desired state of risk management systems
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in the design and testing of risk management systems to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance and support to clients in the implementation of risk management systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of capital risk management concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in conducting gap analysis and creating technical specifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and facilitate productive discussions
