    Description
    We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAPConsultant to provide development enhancement and support for SAPsystems as part of our onsiteoffshore model. The ideal candidatewill possess deep expertise in ABAP programming including customdevelopment performance tuning and troubleshooting to support ourclients and onshore teams in the US andCanada.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Designdevelop and maintain custom ABAP programs including reportsinterfaces extensions forms and workflows.
    • Workclosely with functional consultants to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
    • Provideexpert ABAP support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesefficiently working with both onshore and offshoreteams.
    • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration andupgrade projects by adapting and optimizing ABAP code for the HANAdatabase.
    • Ensure code quality performance andscalability through rigorous testing and code reviewprocesses.
    • Mentor and guide junior ABAPdevelopers fostering a culture of continuous learning andimprovement.
    • Keep abreast of SAP developmentbest practices new trends and ABAP programming innovations torecommend and implement processimprovements.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
    • 8 years of professional experience inSAP ABAP development with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANAenvironments.
    • Proficient in ABAP programmingincluding ALV BAPI BADI IDOCs WebDynpro andFiori/UI5.
    • Experience with HANAspecificoptimizations such as CDS views and AMDP.
    • Solidunderstanding of SAP modules and integration points enablingeffective collaboration with functionalteams.
    • Excellent problemsolving analytical andcommunication skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a global team with a selfmotivated andproactiveapproach.
