Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.
In search of a proficient Accountant to update and maintain the financial records of my company, which includes purchases, sales, receipts, expenses, and payments.
This role will involve closely collaborating with me on a daily basis to produce and assess financial reports, guaranteeing compliance with legal standards, handling accounts payable and receivable, overseeing invoices and tax transactions.
The suitable candidate must have a deep understanding of GA Tax Law and should assist in guiding the company's financial decisions by managing and rectifying financial discrepancies.
They will have duties such as financial audits, bank statement reconciliations, and maintaining precise financial records year-round.Must possess an accounting background, QuickBooks proficiency, and Zoho Books experience is ESSENTIAL.
Everyday responsibilities encompass data entry as we transition data from QuickBooks and Company Bank Accounts to Zoho Books, ensuring all records are current, compiling reports, scrutinizing department expenditures and revenues, tracking job costs, updating banking transactions, and daily categorization for accurate P&L statements.
Additional administrative tasks may be assigned on a daily basis.Requirements
