Job description- Project Manager/Installation and execution on-site

We are looking for a Project Manager who can oversee and guide the installation and execution team on-site. He should possess sound knowledge of project execution, and an in-depth understanding of design, project communication, design coordination, stakeholder management, client reporting, and quality management.

Desired skillset and responsibilities

• Should be able to oversee design implementation at the site and successfully achieve the quality expectations of the project, bridging the gap between the design team and project team
• Should be able to manage competing priorities and should be able to resolve all on-site issues, which require complex decision-making as and when required.
• Should be able to manage all consultants/vendors appointed to meet the project requirements without having any cost escalations.
• Skillset knowledge and experience in Project management along with Design execution and coordination and Vendor Management/consultant
• Prior experience in Design coordination with handling medium to large-scale projects
• Experience in Modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage along with interiors with different types of projects and sizes.
• Should have the required knowledge and understanding of the types of hardware required, unique to the project, and must be able to procure them along with preparing running bills.
• Must be proficient in Auto-Cad as this position will require you to convert the 3D drawings to clear and neat 2D along with the elevations mentioned and carefully demarcate electrical, plumbing, and tiling points i.e. EPT drawings.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience of not less than 3 years in the said field
• A graduate from a recognized university or equivalent/ Diploma or Degree in Designing.
