    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.
    • Deploy data processing solutions with Azure Data Factory and Snowpipe for large-scale data processing.
    • Create and enhance SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
    • Develop and maintain star schema data models for business intelligence and reporting purposes.
    • Perform data analysis and validation to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
    • Collaborate with data analysts to fulfill business data requirements.
    • Script and maintain SQL scripts for automation and integration purposes.
    • Utilize Sigma for data visualization and reporting tasks.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure consistent data flow and optimal performance.
    • Keep abreast of data engineering and analytics trends and technologies.
    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

    5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles.

    Proficiency in Snowflake and Azure Data Factory for data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.

    Extensive experience with Apache Spark for processing big data.

    Thorough understanding of star schema data modeling and its relevance in data warehousing.

    Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and query enhancement.

    Familiarity with Python for scripting and data processing tasks is advantageous.

    Proficiency in data visualization tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Snowflake and Azure cloud platform.

    Knowledge of alternative data modeling techniques and database management systems.

    Hands-on experience with machine learning and data science tools and frameworks.

    Proficiency in Sigma data visualization tools.
