    About Role -

    We are looking for Account Payable Manager

    Location : Gurugram

    This is an exciting role and would entail you to


    • Supervise and mentor one accounts payable analyst.


    • Oversee the Accounts Payable process and management.


    • Review and approve invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.


    • Be hands on with coding and clearing of invoices working with analyst on responsibilities to split work but also manage the overarching process.


    • Tracking of Contracts and New Vendor setup needed.


    • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.


    • Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries and concerns regarding payments.


    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Track and monitor sales tax accruals vs. actuals.


    • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, metrics and reconciliation for management

    review.


    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function.


    • Participate in month-end and year-end close activities as needed.


    • Provide associated expense reconciliation and close management.

    This may be the right role for you if you have


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


    • Minimum 10-11 years of experience in accounts payable or relevant finance role.


    • Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.


    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.


    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


    • Attention to detail and accuracy.


    • D365 System Experience a plus.


    • Willing to work in Night shift/US shift timings.
