    Role: Implementor/Customer Success Manager

    Employment: Full-time

    Primary mode of work: On-site

    Base Location: Mumbai

    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for an experienced engineer who can understand the on-site construction activities and at the same time is comfortable working with software. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong managerial skills. Candidate should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and then configure the customer account accordingly.

    Responsibilities include the following:

    Work with internal Implementation/operations team to understand business objectives and translate them into

    Collaborate with customer teams to get product implemented in organization and on field for existing as well as new features

    Defines and communicates the vision, goals, and strategies to effectively align teams

    Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

    Understanding the followed site process and then suggesting/solving problems digitally through our software product

    Command on training, setup/configuration process

    Identify and troubleshoot problems remotely by conducting periodic customer review meets virtual/physically as per the need of the hour and go deep to solve problems at field level

    Handle the user engagement with proper grooming, timely planning and execution

    Tracks product use and impact on end users

    Meets with customers to gather information and feedback

    Product demonstration to the users/customers

    Innovative thought process to establish connect with client

    Required qualification, experience & Skill set:

    Bachelors degree from an accredited institute with relevant work experience

    Understanding of the SaaS product implementation processes

    Understanding of the construction processes

    Knowledge of MS office & advantage if knowledge on project scheduling software like

    Primavera/MS Project

    Self-motivated and capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities

    Good communication skills, a team player and collaborator
