    Responsibilities

    Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients for the marketing agency through market research and segmentation.
    • Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Utilize various channels, including digital outreach, networking events, and industry partnerships, to expand the agency's client base.

    Lead Generation:

    • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging industry events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and implement lead nurturing strategies.

    Sales Performance:

    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
    • Regularly analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance.
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the Sales Director.

    Requirements and skills

    • Experience in B2B Sales
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in sales within the marketing industry, with a track record of successful client acquisition.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
