Qualification: Graduation
Requirement: 5 - 6 years in Telesales/Sales with 2 years in Team handling
Salary: Rs. 40,000 - Rs.50,000 Per month(Based on previous package and experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telesales who can manage a team of telecallers, ensure sales targets are achieved, and maintain high call quality standards.
Monitor and ensure quality control of telesales calls
Achieve daily and monthly sales / collection targets for the team
Manage team attendance, leaves, and shift rosters
Allocate telecalling data and leads to advisors
Conduct daily team briefings before shifts
Provide feedback and performance updates to team members
Identify training needs and conduct re-training sessions
Maintain sales reports and accounts-related records
Track competitor performance and schemes
Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring
Conduct regular performance reviews for the team
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales / telemarketing with team handling exp.
Prior team handling or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Highly detail-oriented and well organized
Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
