    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SEO, SEM, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and managing various lead generation tools such as, Email Marketing, FB Ads, Google Ads, and Youtube Marketing. They will be tasked with generating leads from multiple sources while ensuring overall ROI and managing budgets effectively.

    SEO Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    2. Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
    3. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements such as meta tags, title tags, alt tags, and backlinks.
    4. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
    5. Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
    7. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
    8. Provide regular reports on SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement.
    9. Keep track of competitors' SEO strategies and performance
    10. Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
    11. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
    12. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
    13. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    PPC Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement PPC strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
    2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
    3. Create and manage PPC campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, bid management, and ongoing optimization.
    4. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    5. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising, including changes in ad platforms and algorithms.
    7. Collaborate with other teams such as content creators, designers, and developers to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
    8. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
    9. Manage PPC budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
    10. Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role with a successful track record of managing PPC campaigns and driving results.
    11. Expertise in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
    12. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Ads, and Twitter Ads.
    13. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

    Google Ads Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing website traffic, generating leads, and driving sales.
    2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
    3. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across various networks, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.
    4. Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives to attract and convert target audiences.
    5. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    6. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
    7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, including changes in ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
    8. Collaborate with other teams such as content creators, designers, and developers to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
    9. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
    10. Manage Google Ads budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

    Preferred Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including agency and client handling.
    • Experience in multi-channel marketing management.
    • Proven track record of delivering KPIs, measurable output, and financial results.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and people skills.
    • Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
