Designation: Global Sales Operations - Sr. Analyst/Associate Manager (Reporting & Analysis)

Looking for energetic professionals for Reporting & Analysis role in Global Sales Operations team for HCL Software (Immediate Joiners preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years of prior reporting and analysis experience
• Experience in new and renewals-based business (Product/Software/SAAS preferred)
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in creating and manipulating reports using Excel and other database tools – An expert in Excel
• Knowledge and understanding of CRM software and other reporting systems
• Responsible for sales reporting on business pipeline, forecast and other sales and service team ad-hoc reports
• Knowledge of tools and languages like Power BI, SQL, VBA etc. would be a plus
• Strong Multi-Tasking, Time Management & Organizational Skills
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility overall Business progress
• Execute trend analysis to identify opportunities, business performance analysis for previous years to gain insights for future trends and opportunity areas
• Advanced English Skills – Spoken and Written

Roles & Responsibilities:

• IC role for Reporting & Analysis professionals
• Creation of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the leadership
• Database Management – Ensuring data hygiene in terms of data being complete and accurate in the CRM system
• Work with senior leadership to define and optimize reports and dashboards required for the business
• Evaluate and generate ad hoc reports as needed
