    We are seeking a highly skilled Execution Quant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing execution algorithms for intraday equity and futures trading.

    About the Role:

    • To design, implement and optimize execution algorithms for intraday equity and futures trading.
    • To build, calibrate and maintain transaction cost models (TCM) incorporating spread, slippage, market impact, queue position and fill probability.
    • To develop optimal order routing across exchanges, venues and order types.
