    Role Description

    We are currently seeking a Senior Client Services Manager - Events for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing events,

    managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Servicing existing clients and acquiring new clients.

    · Identifying potential new clients and decision-makers within client organizations, arranging and attending meetings to drive business growth.

    · Developing a comprehensive list of target companies/organizations based on market segments.

    · Conducting targeted cold calls within designated market areas to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

    · Proactively engaging in business development and selling custom-designed solutions to clients.

    · Following up with customers post-meetings to offer tailored services according to their needs.

    · Generating estimates and obtaining budget approvals from clients.

    · Ideating based on client briefs to optimize event design for client objectives.

    · Managing project budgets from inception to completion.

    · Acting as the primary client contact throughout the event management process, from initial meeting to event execution.

    · Overseeing operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.

    · Ensuring exceptional customer service and quality delivery.

    · Cultivating client relationships and expanding networks through prospecting efforts.

    · Maintaining detailed records of client contacts, proposals, and relevant information in CRM systems and shared reports

    Profile Requirements

    · 4 to 8 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry, hospitality, advertising services, or public relations and communications services.

    · Demonstrated market knowledge and a track record of success in a relevant role.

    · Post-graduate or undergraduate degree.

    · Goal-oriented and organized team player.

    · Proficient in developing effective presentations and proposals and delivering them to decision-makers.

    · Possesses excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills
