    Role Expectations

    • Handle expert-level Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure management.
    • Have in-depth understanding of Cisco Unified Communication Products:
      1. Cisco CUCM (10.x, 11.x, 12.x)
      2. Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)
      3. Cisco Call Manager Express & Cisco Unity express
      4. Cisco Licensing models
      5. Cisco Expressway
      6. Cisco IM&P and Jabber
      7. Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways)
      8. Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), FXS /FXO, & SIP
      9. Gatekeepers
      10. Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP
    • Excellent ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem Management
    • Excellent Problem analysis and resolution skills
    • Expert knowledge in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
    • Expert knowledge in Cisco Unity Connection
    • Expert Knowledge in Cisco UCCX
    • Expert knowledge in Cisco Session Management platform (SME)
    • Expert knowledge in Session Border Controller technology
    • Knowledge of UCS and virtualization technologies

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
