    TheRole:

    The Quality control manager will play acritical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of ourdataby implementing effective qualitycontrol processes and managing a team of quality analysts.

    Thesuccessful candidate will be responsiblefor overseeing data validation accuracy checks andensuringthat our data meets the higheststandards forreliability.


    Responsibilities:

    TeamManagement:
    Oversee daytoday operation Supervise andguide a team of Quality control executives.
    Assign tasks and set performance goals to achievetargets. Provide coaching and training toteam members for skill development. Monitorindividual and team performance and provide regularfeedback. Motivate and inspire the team todeliver exceptional customer service. Ensuresmooth operations and adherence to establishedprocesses. Handle escalations and resolveclient s complaints or issues. Collaboratewith other teams or departments to resolve complexproblems. Conduct regular team meetings todiscuss updates goals and challenges.
    Maintain accurate records of team performance and servicemetrics.

    QualityAssurance:
    Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improveperformance. Implement quality improvementinitiatives to enhance customersatisfaction. Conduct regular audits toidentify areas for improvement and addresstrainingneeds.

    PerformanceManagement:
    Set performance targets and track individual and teamperformance. Analyze performance data andidentify trends or areas of improvement.
    Develop action plans to address performance gaps and driveresults. Recognize and reward highperformingteam members. Prepare performance reportsand present them to the managementteam.

    CommunicationandCollaboration:
    Foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment. Communicate effectively withteam members and stakeholders. Coordinatewith other teams to ensure seamlessoperations. Act as a liaison between theteam and upper management. Provide regularupdates on team performance and operationalissues.

    Qualifications andSkills:
    2to 3 years of experience working as a Quality control manager OR asanAssistant manager in databaseindustry. Strong knowledge of Qualitycontrol principles and practices. Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achievegoals. Proficiency in using Quality controlsoftware and tools. Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively. Strongorganizational and time management skills.
    Flexibility to work in shifts and handle a fastpacedenvironment. Good PC skills especially MSExcel Timemanagementskills

    Shift Timing:
    Rotational
