    Department:
    Financecommercial Role: Jr. CommercialExecutive (Finance)

    Purpose of the role:
    This is avaried and busy role focused on providing coordination
    support to the Finance and Commercial Division of Sales andMarketing teams


    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Accounts Receivablemanagement
    2. Invoice generation and invoice submissionwith complete set of documents for payment which
    includes Invoice copy BOE installation report and other commercialdocuments.
    3. Ensure all clients remain informed ontheir outstanding debts and deadlines to ensure on time
    collection with regular followups over phone mails and visits ifrequired to enable smooth Cash
    Flow forOrganization
    4. To visit Bank/Client office as and whenrequired
    5. Manage any invoice disputes and accountsreconciliation activity and identify inconsistencies
    6.Bookkeeping of all relevant records and documents for easyretrieval to serve as future
    reference points for newprojects and during various audits DesiredCandidate Profile
    Candidate to have a valid BachelorDegree
    Proven 23 experience as billing specialist /Invoice / Commercial knowledge
    Must have Good Spoken/written English skills
    Knowledge of SAP or equivalentERP MSOffice (Word Excel)
    Knowledge ofGST
