Description

Job Description Install configure andintegrate products in customers servers. Lead the productintegration effort by understanding the customersproduct and participating indesign/integration discussions.

Collaboratewith customers (for technical support) and internal teams to ensurea seamless integration experience with high accurate technicalsupport to customers through various channels like emails calls support portal and remotesessions.

Reproduce and report productissues to the Engineering team using internal bug trackingtools. Generate follow and executeinstructions to run monitor troubleshoot and upgrade our system toensure optimal performance.

Skills required:
Good workingexperience of Linux/Unix & Windows and clear understanding ofData Center OS and Storage concepts Must have understanding of databaseconcepts like Clustering Replication and NOSQL Concepts and abilityto use DB tools

Internet Technologies:

Virtualization DNS Web and Application Servers like TomcatWebLogic Basic understanding of the mobiletechnologies and concepts of PlayStore/AppStore. Must have knowledge on IT security Antivirus FirewallNetworking Server support.

Able to useMSOffice and Ticketing tools Should be ready to work for extendedshifts and travelling to client site if needed.

Analytical mindset and ability to work in pressure.
Good customer management skills bundled with good communicationskills Qualification (CSIT) (CSIT) BSCIT BCA
