Roles & Responsibility
Job Description:
Qualification:
Bachelor / master s degree in mechanical engineering
No of years experience: Min 3-5 years at in the Power / Energy / industrial application business
Min 8-10 years experience for Lead / Senior Engineer role including project management experience and customer communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.
Clash checks including iterations with civil engineers and structural steel designers
Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)
Generation of Isometric and Support drawings
Specifications for piping, valves, fitting, support/ hangers, insulation, Hydrotests procedures, markup P&IDs for pressure testing
Heat tracing, gaskets and miscellaneous in-line components
Skill set:
3D modeling in AVEVA E3D/PDMS
Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.
Tools:
Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)
Itemized piping, concrete, or rubber-lined piping for CCW
