Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a motivated Hostess Captain Steward to join a dynamic restaurant team in Hyderabad. This full-time junior position involves managing guest experiences, enhancing dining satisfaction, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in guest relations to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patrons during their stay. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in order taking by accurately capturing guest preferences to ensure precise food and drink delivery. (Mandatory skill)
- Skilled in table management to efficiently coordinate seating arrangements, maximizing restaurant capacity. (Mandatory skill)
- Understanding of food safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and health regulations.
- Comprehensive menu knowledge enabling informed recommendations and enhanced guest dining experience.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members for seamless restaurant operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
- Capability to handle customer feedback constructively to improve service quality and satisfaction.
