Aboutthe RoleWe are looking for passionate folksto join our team as Student Coaches. Coachesare student rst mentors responsibleformaintaining relationships with thestudents throughout their admissionprocess.

They are expected to assist students throughout theirstudyabroad journey from shortlisting theright t courses and universities toensuringtheir successful admission and enrolment.

Thestudent coach serves as the primary contact for the student andisresponsible for student satisfaction andoverall student happiness. She/heis expectedto consistently provide excellent service to studentsandrepresent student needs and goals withinthe organization.

NoidaWhat will youdoGraduate/MBA in the field ofbusiness/management/psychologyPriorexperience in edtech is preferableMinimum of2 to 5 years of experienceExemplary salesand negotiation skills whilehaving a studentrst approach.

Build crossdiscipline relationships intheorganisation partnering closely with theGrowthteam Student Counsellors KeyAccountManagersLoan counsellors Test prepandother support functions whileprovidingfeedback andinsights.

Execute the Postoffermanagementprocess alongside the deposits andensuretimely coordination with the Visateamand the InternationalofficeImplement the nuance of salestrategies andensure that the number oftargets are metthroughout the intakecycles.
