    Description

    Deal with customers to understand their requirements, clarify their queries and provide the best solutions to them, on a timely basis.

    Understand the business structure, identify customer needs and guide them by giving them relevant information.
    Respond to various client queries through inbound and outbound voice and chat processes.

    Follow SOPs, call scripts, maintain quality standards and provide a high degree of customer service by politely interacting with clients.

    Increase brand value by building sustainable relationships, engaging customers and seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
    Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

    Role Requirements:
    2-3 years of experience in a customer support role within a sales and target driven environment.
    Thorough understanding and familiarity with CRM systems, practices and business process with a passion for customer service and experience.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Candidates who are multi-lingual would hold an added advantage.
