    Job Description:

    Drive Key Business AgendaPlan & deliver business objectives for the brand(s) assignedMonthly & Annual BTL/ ATL Input Planning & MonitoringEnsure all activities lead to an increase in spontaneous awareness of the brandsKnowing the pipeline of products and ensuring the planning of launch activitiesDevelop and implement Marketing plansDevelop & implement marketing plans which address brand requirements – short-term & long termConceptualize & implement 360° marketing programs during the festive periodHandling (Advertisement, media, research, activation) agencies for timely execution of tasks given and ensuring compliances and metrics.

    Driving Digital campaigns/activations for the brand to engage with the TG all through the yearInterface with internal stakeholders, supply chain, packaging, finance, legal, technical & customer complaint cells to ensure smooth functioning.

    POSM for retail branding to be executed and monitoredGenerate Market InsightsLead and generate strong consumer insights for NPD and powerful communication of the brand.

    Market intelligence and continuous follow up of competitor activities, Co-ordinate with Regional Sales
