    The Governance and Enablement team is part of the Talent and Development function and provides expertise and governance across a number of areas.

    The Talent and Development function exists to drive the transformation of the bank through talent and renewed rigour in all our people decisions. There are three pillars to our value proposition for our clients:

  • Your key responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of development programs
  • In person and virtual classroom training scheduling and 'producer' delivery support for virtual sessions
  • Support Global Talent and Development team in covering training related tasks e.g. vendor scheduling, logistics, budgeting, reporting
  • Assist in answering training queries
  • Analyse, report and summarise data articulately
  • Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for senior stakeholders and provide regular updates
  • Manage the invoice process for training.
  • Learning platform administration (LMS and LXP)
  • Work with multiple divisional, regional and global stakeholders to establish and maintain effective working relationships and execute delivery
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues recognising interdependencies and escalating where appropriate
  • Support communication planning and execution on a global level.
  • Your skills and experience

  • Project management skills with experience of managing projects to time and budget
  • Good communication, team working and collaboration skills
  • Pro-active, organised self-starter
  • Effective stakeholder management, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation
  • Vendor management including contracting and invoicing
  • Numeracy and analytical skills - Comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • Process, governance and control mindset
  • Ability to motivate and influence people
  • Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint proficient
  • Experience of working with external vendors
