• Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes based on client requirements.
• Interviews: Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication and professional skills.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for success in this role. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills (verbal & written English), strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
