    Job Summary

    The People & Culture Manager, India, is responsible for the Human Resources and office administration. The People & Culture Manager India is ultimately responsible for creating/upkeeping the office and for driving human resource development.

    People & Culture Manager in India, the main responsibility is to establish a strong connection between the senior management team in India and the rest of the organization. This ensures that the organization is aligned with global and regional standards and principles while also promoting development.

    The People & Culture Manager India will maintain a strong relationship with Customer service and relationship management while ensuring customer delight.

    General Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities:

    Managing the Human Resources and office automation

    Constantly look at cost optimisation of the office

    Ensure the deliverables on Employee engagement

    Work on Employer branding initiative

    Initial process of Hiring and retention of employees under the regional guidelines.

    Tasks

    Office & HR Administration: Manage the entire range of HR & administration functions, including workforce management, onboarding process, induction program, training & development, administration, and exit interviews. Ensure workplace safety, integrity, and policy compliance regarding office culture, travel, work from home, and working hours. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

    Human Capital: Build and foster employee-employer relationships, drive engagement opportunities, create reward programs, and resolve employee grievances.

    Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, and offboarding.

    Manage queries and complaints for and COCO stores.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Ensure employee insurance and related intangible benefits.

    Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and handle any issues or concerns that arise.

    Work closely with the finance team to ensure all expenses are properly recorded, and we are staying within the budget.

    Assistance in developing and implementing office policies and procedures that help to ensure a safe and productive work environment. This includes everything from establishing protocols for emergency situations to setting guidelines for office etiquette and behaviour.

    Education

    At least Bachelor's degree, MBA (HR) preferred

    Experience

    • least 5-7 years of relevant working experience
    • within retail and/or fashion industry.

    Mobility/Travel

    includes domestic and international travel.
