    Description

    Lead Backend Java Engineer

    Experience: 7+ years

    Open Position - 5

    Responsibilities:

    ● Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance,

    scalable backend services.

    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

    ● Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.

    ● Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity.

    ● Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into

    technical solutions.

    ● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

    ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the backend

    architecture and development process.

    Requirements:

    ● B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.

    ● 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.

    ● Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    ● Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and other Java frameworks.

    ● Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL, etc.

    ● Knowledge of Kafka for building real-time data pipelines.

    ● Experience with Elasticsearch for indexing and searching large datasets.

    ● Experience with microservices architecture.

    ● Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred:

    ● Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

    ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

    About us :

    We just closed Series C funding last year while crossing the $100M ARR threshold about 8 months ago. We still have a lot of growing to do over the next 12-18 months. To go IPO. We have started international expansion along with some key acquisitions. Given where we are at and our trajectory, it's hard not to get excited for the future.
