    About the Job
    : We are searching for a sales segment lead and wants to make a real impact on the DPO. As a Manager, you will Responsible for responding for end to end governance, performance, and executive-level customer facing activities for Standard accounts. This includes development of critical partnerships, implementation of segment process improvements plans, and advancement of customer trust and loyalty while ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.

    ​Responsibilities include:

    ​· Govern Standard Model by Sales Segment

    ​· Own Tier 1 KPI Performance

    ​· Partner to Service & Sales Directors+ for Tier 3 Service Support

    ​· Present to Service & Sales Leadership on Outcomes

    ​· Govern Standard Assigned Accounts

    ​· Identify Macro-Trends & Actions

    ​· Develop Loyalty & Trust with Customers

    ​· Manage Customers Day 2 Operations

    ​· Empower Partners to Drive Outcomes

    ​· Engage with Customer Executives during SIPs

    ​Achieve KPI Improvements of:

    ​· 100% Attainment of Tier 1 KPIs

    ​· 10% NPS Improvement

    ​· 30% Credit Reduction

    ​Skills and Qualifications

    ​· 10-14 years of related service management experience

    ​· Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills

    ​· Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication

    ​· Business and Financial acumen

    ​· Ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership

    ​· Preferred ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

    ​· Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
