The Content Associate (BFSI) role is ideal for individuals proficient in banking with experience in copywriting and translating client requirements into sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps. A graduate / post graduate in any discipline (preferably Banking and Finance / Marketing / Communication), with minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting should be able to do justice to this role.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Writing and editing articles for B2B and B2C audience
  
• Produce native, high-quality and accurate English copy for digital journeys as a copywriter
  
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in the finance and banking industry and creating crisp, concise and compelling content
  
• Being up-to-date on the advancements in AI and its impact on banking, finance and fintech
  
• Reviewing content to ensure accuracy of information and mechanics of writing, which includes subject matter, facts, structure, and style
  
• Understand customer segments and customer experience journeys thoroughly to help meet business objectives and customer satisfaction with precise and user-friendly copy elements
  
• Work closely with clients to understand their business, and create content strategies for their customer journeys on mobile and web
  
• Experience in writing or editing content for web or mobile applications
  
• Understand and promote best practices in content strategy, SEO and usability
  

Ideal Profile:

• A Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (preferably finance)
  
• 1-3 years of exclusive experience of copywriting for finance clients
  
• Copywriting or content strategy skill with banking or finance background is strongly preferred
  
• Profound understanding around best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance and investment products
