    Job Title: Change Management Specialist

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    The Change Management Specialist will oversee global change initiatives within Tax Operations, including implementation of the Tax Pulse Application Tool. This involves ensuring effective day-to-day operations, user adoption, continuous improvement, and providing key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Coordinate with stakeholders in global rollout of change initiatives, including Tax Pulse Application Tool.
    • Create data sets/reports of reporting units deployed versus available in Finance master data and communicate the same to global stakeholders.
    • Address user queries and provide technical support in collaboration with the MyIS support team by raising and resolving tickets.
    • Gather user feedback and communicate necessary improvements.
    • Utilize the PowerBI dashboard to provide comprehensive KPIs as required by global stakeholders.

    Qualifications for the role

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • 1-3 years of experience in finance operations activities.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
    • Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global operations.
    • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
