    Job Title: Data Modeler

    Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad (Onsite)

    Interview Mode: Video

    Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to join our team at s3b-global. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models that meet business requirements.
    • Leverage data sources and ensure accurate alignment with the Data Model.
    • Develop data transformation logics and data quality logics to ensure data integrity.
    • Create and document data mapping, including data dictionaries, metadata, and entity-relationship diagrams.
    • Collaborate with Data Architects and Analysts to drive customer needs into effective data models.
    • Enforce data modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Communicate complex data and data modeling concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Support the design and implementation of database schemas/structures and database performance optimization.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Expertise in relational, dimensional, and document data modelling.
    • Proficiency in SQL Procedures and ERWIN.
    • Experience in data quality practices.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

    This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
