Key Deliverables:
• Manage all aspects of the Child Centered Community Development CCCD programme, including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify opportunities for expanding the CCCD Programme to reach more beneficiaries and enhance its impact.
• Advocate for child rights, welfare, and empowerment within the community, ensuring equitable access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans for a comprehensive Child-centric Community Development Programme, integrating child and women livelihood initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, fostering partnerships and collaboration with government agencies, community leaders, and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage resources, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant compliance, to support holistic development projects for children.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of child rights and livelihood development activities.
• Monitor programme progress, evaluate impact, and ensure quality in child rights and women's livelihood interventions through rigorous evaluation mechanisms.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with livelihood development projects while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation among team members and stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and capacity building initiatives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, PowerPoint and Google Drive etc.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
• Leadership, team management, proactive, strong work ethics, decision making, interpersonal and good PR.
• Knowledge of Gantt Chart, log frame and Odisha (geographical/ political/ social).
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Odia.
• good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
• good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties.
• good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
