    Description

    Job Role:

    • Reach out to brands/companies to form strategic partnerships for building brand awareness and acquire new customers.
    • Partner with brands that serve the same target audience as ours to gain maximum visibility.
    • Identify paid and barter branding opportunities which are mutually beneficial.
    • Spearhead additional revenue streams like pop-up stores, events at our coworking centres.
    • Collaborate with brands to enhance customer experience for current AltF members.
    • Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Track partnership performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or partnership management roles.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity.
    • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
