    Role- Lead Project Manager

    Experience: 8-10 years

    Location- Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune/Ahmedabad

    The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for leading website development projects, managing client relationships, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project scope, and updating project documentation.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira, Confluence, and both backend and frontend development work.

    Mandatory Skillsets:

    Hands on experience on working with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

    Dashboard Management: Utilize JIRA to create and maintain project dashboards, providing real-time insights into project progress and performance.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

    Estimation: Accurately estimate project durations, costs, and resource requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with clients, Technical Architect & development team for Requirements gathering, to analyze, understand functional and technical requirements.
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and to manage expectations.
    • Track project scope and ensure that changes are properly documented and approved.
    • Update project documentation, including requirements and project plans, on Confluence.
    • Manage and administer Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) end to end to track progress, assign tasks, and manage team workload.
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
    • Ensure that projects adhere to established processes and quality standards.
    • Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
    • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Perform risk management to Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
    • Ensure the development team is working effectively, by conducting regular reviews
    • Create transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
    • Help the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
