    Job Description for Social Media Manager

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our audience across various platforms.
    • Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns that align with our brand identity, content themes, and audience preferences.
    • Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
    • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and content optimization.
    • Implement SEO strategies and techniques to optimize social media content for search engines, improve discoverability, and drive organic traffic to our social media channels.
    • Utilize YouTube analytics and relevant tools to track performance metrics.
    • Create engaging memes and visual content to drive social media engagement and enhance brand personality.
    • Collaborate with the content team to repurpose and promote YouTube video content on social media platforms.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, and generate regular reports to assess effectiveness and inform strategy.
    • Monitor audience feedback, comments, and messages on social media platforms, responding promptly, engaging with followers, and fostering a sense of community around our brand.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media tools and technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a social media manager, social media coordinator, or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing brand presence.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with a strong understanding of best practices for content creation, posting, and engagement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media content, captions, and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and track key performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies, campaigns, and content ideas.
