What lands you in this role3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data AnalystStrong expertise in Python, SQL and ExcelKnowledge of basic statisticsIn-depth knowledge of at least a few of the retail demand and fulfilment processes like inventory allocation & replenishment, merchandising buying, product attribution, pricing, promotions, and clearance activitiesKnowledge of Github and creation of APIs is an added advantageAbility to convert business use cases to product modulesStrong understanding of the fundamentals of business and various processesStrong verbal communication, written communicationStrong stakeholder managementAbility to perform root cause analysis to get to the bottom of the issueAbility to do abstract problem solving and ideationAbility to perform under pressure and multitaskKnowledge of database management and detection, reporting, analysis, and resolution of issuesPrior experience working on a product will be an added advantageBachelor's degree in engineering with strong academic background
