    About The Role

    The Product Owner will lead one of the digital product squads supporting Case Team Services, taking end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, setting product roadmap and vision, and driving value realization by translating the internal client voice and needs into product features.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Deliver business results and customer value
    • Ensure that the product is built in an incremental way, releasing new working features at the end of each sprint and creating value for the customer
    • Tracking product performance to inform future work
    • Delivering on specific and measurable KPIs to be defined for your Squad
    • Managing relevant product budget process and supporting Tribe Lead in engaging with funding process
    • Serve as the voice of the internal client
    • Translating the voice and needs of internal clients into user stories, engaging users as needed
    • Engaging in continuous discovery (e.g., via surveys & interviews) to understand internal client needs
    • Leveraging empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
    • Determining tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and speed to execution
    • Representing customer needs to ensure they are understood and integrated into the Squad's work
    • Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements
    • Facilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real-time feedback from customers
    • Oversee what is delivered by the Squad and when
    • Prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user stories

    Your Requirements

    • Total 7+ years relevant experience as Product Owner, IT Project Manager, with experience in Agile roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach a plus
    • Understanding of Generative AI-based products
    • Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner)
    • Understanding of agile principles and ways of working
    • Understanding of technology-enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, and delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
    • Divergent thinker who can converge ideas into tangible products
    • Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience in consulting is a plus
