    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our Digital Media team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
    • Data Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
    • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment.
    • Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and campaign performance.
    • Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
    • Identify and define target audiences through market research and segmentation analysis.
    • Implement personalized and targeted messaging to specific customer segments to enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date of Industry Trends:
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
    • Implement innovative and effective strategies based on industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEM principles.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager
    • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms.
