We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Metal Fabricator/ Designer to join our team in the service industry. As a Metal Fabricator/ Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the designing and fabrication processes of the product, ensuring the production of high-quality metal products. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and leadership skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Designing and Planning of metal products
• Supervise a team of metal fabricators and manage their day-to-day activities.
• Organize and assign tasks to meet production deadlines and project requirements.
• Evaluate work orders, blueprints, and specifications to plan fabrication processes.
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and resources to minimize waste and maintain cost-effective operations.
• Monitor the quality of work to meet established standards and specifications.
• Train and mentor fabricators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator Supervisor or a similar role in the design industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various metal fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in the use of metalworking tools and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
