Job Responsibilities:

1. Build a Product roadmap for Insure tech platform
2. Build new customer journeys as per Inspire on our Insure-tech platform
3. Building a Product Testing framework and ensuring traceability
4. Build product documentation for Inspire
5. Monitor and manage existing customer/ stakeholder journeys – analytics and metrics
6. Identify improvements and innovations in existing processes and build them in our platform
7. Analyse product interdependencies and rules – maintain and baseline
8. Work on JIRA to ensure user stories are updated
9. Owns & manages Business Analysis/development, Requirement gathering (BRS), FSD, Costing, and Project Management.
10. Drives Functional understating, Changes and System Implementation, UAT testing & signoff, Team handling.
11. Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
12. Develop and maintain implementation best practices, documentation procedures and standards.
