Key Responsibilities
- Brand Communication : Work with graphic designers/copywriters/digital agencies to craft all communication assets for the business
- Agency Management : Ensure all graphics designs/emailers /performance ads copies going out through agencies are consistent with brand guidelines
- On-website: Craft marketing campaigns, new initiatives On-website to drive user acquisition and retention
- Community : Manage the community program to drive user acquisition and retention
- Social Media : Oversee social media marketing
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Reviewing advertising rates from different media outlets to select the most cost-effective option for reaching customers
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for the company's products or services
