    Recruitment Strategy Development:

    • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit.

    Candidate Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely followups at each stage of the recruitment process.

    Employer Branding:

    • Actively participate in developing and promoting the company's employer brand.
    • Utilize social media and other platforms to showcase the company's culture and attract potential candidates.

    Collaborative Hiring Process:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role's requirements.
    • Advise hiring managers on effective interview techniques and selection methodologies.
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
    • Utilize the company's ATS to maintain candidate records, track the progress of open positions, and generate recruitment reports.
    • Ensure the ATS data is uptodate and compliant with relevant regulations.

    Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to attract candidates from various backgrounds.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the talent acquisition process continuously.

    Compliance and Legal Requirements:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
