    Primary Skill: HTML, CSS, JS, Django, Flask, Fast API, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Alchemy, Restful API, GraphQL, OAth, Git, Docker, Celery, Pytest, AWS/AZURE/GCP, Terraform.

    Location: Pune

    Mode of Work: Hybrid

    Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Application Design: Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Contribute to architecture decisions and design discussions.
  • Testing and Debugging: Develop unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.Perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance.Conduct code reviews to maintain high code standards and best practices.
  • Database Management: Design and implement database schemas.Write and optimize DB queries for performance and scalability.Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Integration and Deployment: Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services.Automate deployment and continuous integration processes using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.Ensure that applications are securely deployed and comply with security standards.Proficiency with version control tools and workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and workflows.Document development processes, procedures, and application enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive software solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and roadblocks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.Participate in code refactoring and optimization to enhance performance and maintainability.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security and data protection measures.Ensure applications comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business problems and design innovative solutions.Debug and resolve software issues and bugs.Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge.Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions as required.Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5).
  • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git).
