    Position: Sales Agent

    Location Chennai, India (Hybrid- Work from Home and On-site )

    About Us: SPI Aviation is a prominent provider of Aviation Support Services, specializing in remote support for maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Agent to join our team, responsible for overseeing critical business support functions and ensuring commercial Operations run smoothly.

    What You Will Do: The sales agent will be responsible for material stock analysis, pricing, negotiating, and selling aircraft parts to the aviation industry.

    • Manage day-to-day execution of the sales function.
    • Analyze market and delivery conditions to advise business managers on sales strategies.
    • Perform product analysis based on market conditions for sales opportunities.
    • Perform buyer risk assessments.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
    • Enhance sales process and system robustness by proposing, implementing, and standardizing best practices.
    • Promote knowledge sharing including lessons learned, best practices, and other benchmarking.
    • Develop sales strategies, partner with buyers/suppliers/distributors and negotiate discounts.

    What You Will Need to Be Successful:

    • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Must have experience with CFM engines product line.
