- Manage day-to-day execution of the sales function.
- Analyze market and delivery conditions to advise business managers on sales strategies.
- Perform product analysis based on market conditions for sales opportunities.
- Perform buyer risk assessments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Enhance sales process and system robustness by proposing, implementing, and standardizing best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing including lessons learned, best practices, and other benchmarking.
- Develop sales strategies, partner with buyers/suppliers/distributors and negotiate discounts.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience with CFM engines product line.
